About Trish Allan, Nutritionist
Trish Allan is a certified Clinical Nutritionist graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2015 with first class honour and is a member of The Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.
Trish completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 1996 and a Bachelor of Education Degree in 1997, both from Nippissing University. She is skilled in assessing the specific and individual needs of her clients and designing nutrition protocols based on individual biochemistry. Trish has extensive clinical experience in balancing health issues through food and supplementation, as well as designing personalized meal plans to support optimal health. Trish has been an educator for over 24 years and currently teaches classes in nutrition and leads workshops in the area of detoxification, hormone balance, food sensitivities, weight loss, menopause, sleep and optimal nutrition for kids.
Trish’s clinical practice centres on digestive health, weight loss, hormone balancing and menopause, autoimmune conditions, cancer support, disordered eating and mental health.
